In Kent we offer services within an approximate 3 mile radius of Chislehurst including Petts Wood, Sidcup and Bromley.
We are a dedicated team of trained animal carers who are 100% committed to the care and well being of your animals. When walking dogs, a maximum of 4 dogs are walked together to safeguard the animals emotional health. They are grouped by their temperament, age and fitness, and not by location, to ensure maximum mental and physical well-being.
We keep in close communication with our clients. We take photos of your pet, we let you know when they are feeling unwell or even behaving slightly differently than usual. We ensure animals are well settled in at home and cared for before we leave.
We appreciate you have a lot of questions before letting us look after your beloved pets. We are very happy to answer all your queries no matter how trivial they might sound. The smallest details are often key to the happiness of your pet. We will visit you and your pets at home to find out exactly what you need before we start the chosen service. We are fully insured by Pet Business Insurance.

Sam and the team are great with our dog, we get regular updates and pictures from their walks. The communication is super prompt which is appreciated especially as she has a long term medical condition

We have been using Polly's Pet Care to walk our beloved little Frenchie and every week he looks forward to seeing them!
Sam (Company Director) and Sydney are our main walkers and they are simply wonderful! They are so interested in our little fella, so caring and so loving. They take them out to the best parks and woodlands and always ensure they are scrubbed down before entering the house.
We have also used Polly's for house sitting. They were incredibly polite and considerate when staying in our home. We came home to a beautifully clean place, just how we left it.
I couldn't recommend Polly's enough. We tried a couple of companies in the area and they stand out by a mile.

I can’t thank Sam and her team enough for the great care that they take of our dog. Sam is always at the end of the phone answering any questions we may have. The safe guarding around walking the dogs is second to none and I know that while she is out with them she will not only having fun but that she is on the safest of hands. I love the photos and videos we get sent of her which is such a lovely touch. We have never been let down by the team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area.
